Worst pizza hut in the city. Surprisingly the one on Raymond rd is a 1000 times better

Using the app is useless because it’s never ready when it says it will be, tonight I never even got my food, couldn’t get in the door, because they are so slow people were waiting and a line was out the door, this whole store needs new employees, I’ve only met 3 that was reasonably nice…

I have to say I have not been to this pizza hut often but my experience was decent. My food was good service was acceptably fast and the atmosphere was okay. It's a typical walk in location. I will say the food could've been made quicker but I don't know how many orders they had ahead of me though and the wait was not super bad just a little bit longer than normal in other locations.

Even though my pizza was not ready at the time it was to be ready, that's cool. They had a HUGE order to come in. I get it. The guy at the front counter was A1. What I don't get is me ordering a pizza with extra cheese & there is a regular amount of cheese on it. I asked & paid for extra cheese for a reason. That wasn't even the worse. I live in Madison. I get home to eat my pizza & am very irritated. I have called this place 7 times. No one answered. All I want is my pizza to be remade or a credit. I've not eaten Pizza Hut ... read more
