Maybe it's the pizza Hut locations in Jackson, MS, but the customer serviceis a ridiculous and pitiful experience. This is my 2nd time having horrible service at a Pizza Hut location here. Your Hwy 80 location is just plain out sad, your Terry Rd location doesn't even answer the phone. I understand high call volume, however I was answered THEN placed on hold THEN hung up on saying they're busy. What type of establishment is this? Who are the managers of these locations? Horrible customer service, had to wait for my food even though it was already ready for over 10-15, literally witnessed it sitting there while steady questioning workers about it!!!! Will not visit again !!!
I wish I could give them a zero! Poor quality food and rude staff. I’ll NEVER spend my money at this location again!!!
