Ok it was busy I get it. Took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge me at pick up window. I paid for my online order. And when I was receiving my order, I had to ask about the second pizza of 2 that I ordered. Got home and started eating and first thing was where is the sauce? I ordered with BBQ sauce and I couldn’t even taste any. Doubting any was put on. Garlic wings were overloaded with sauce. Probrably not sauce in bowl than my pizza. Not every friendly, but the food is good and made quickly. When you go to the drive up window its never a hello just what name. Loses the customer service value there
I ordered the big dinner box because I like the rectangle pizza. When I went to pick it up they gave me 2 medium pizzas (circle). I said no I ordered a big dinner box and they told me that they don’t make the rectangle pizzas anymore, it’s the same size as the medium pizza so that’s what they do now. In my opinion those are two totally different pizzas, even when ordering it tells you this pizza is rectangle.
