Ordered a big dinner box around 9:30pm 6-6-26 and received no bread sticks. Pizza hut called us back and fixed the issue. Now that's customer service. Really appreciate it!
Ordered a big dinner box around 9:30pm 6-6-26 and received no bread sticks. Called the store and no answer at first. Called again and finally got an answer. The guy on the phone was rude and proceeded to blame the delivery driver for forgetting the bread sticks. Driver emptied out the thermal bag in front of me and I saw it empty. So the driver decided to eat our food? Yeah. We had kids to feed and were shorted food we paid for. Thanks.
Pizza was scheduled for 12pm showed up early 20minutes for pickup and pizzas were done in about 10 minutes
