Ordered a pizza at 7:45, showed up to pick it up at 8:15 ( 15 past the estimated done time) asked for my pizza, was told it was going to be a min longer so I came out to my car to wait. 10 min goes by I walk back in to ask about the pizza. “Idk what happened it must have gotten lost” yall, how do you lose a pizza?! No one came in or out and I was hoping the oversight would have been delt with better. I’ll be going to garlic knot from now on
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Pizza Hut recently. The person who took my order over the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like I was an inconvenience, rushed me through my order, and didn’t seem to care at all about answering basic questions. Unfortunately, the poor service didn’t stop there — the delivery driver showed up with the same bad attitude. Left out in the rain!! If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would!! We waited over an hour for the food. It was delivered to the wrong unit and left out in the rain for who knows how long!! If I could share the videos and pics I took of the pizza boxes sopping wet and then cold pizza that we had to eat after spending $50 would!
