We were staying at La Quinta and just around 11pm, my wife wanted a pizza. I checked out the app and this one was open till midnight. I ordered a large stuff crust extra cheese pizza. I don't like deliveries as they take extra time, so I went there myself (took me 5 mins). Got it hot, took back to the hotel and we all enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

The man working the desk was very kind and gave me a discount for waiting so long for my order. It was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm and I didn't leave the Pizza Hut till 7:19pm. It wasn't a big deal I understood, but when I got home the pizza tasted like it had not been cooked all the way and not worth the wait. We didnt end up eating the pizza and only ate the cinnamon sticks, those were actually cooked fully. This Pizza Hut needs some serious help.

Ordered 3 pizzas- every single one had no sauce, was very dry, and made incorrectly- seemed like they had been sitting around under a heater for too long. The extras we paid for- we did not receive. Really disappointed for how much we spent and how little we received in quality...

I ordered my food online. They asked for a tip an I declined doing that. I went to pick up my food 20 mins later and the cashier said the machine has a question for you. Again, it asked what amount of tip I'd like to give. I again, declined to give one. When I got home to feed the family, the pizza was not fully cooked. It had raw spots in the middle of the pizza. This is why I don't give a tip when I don't know how the food is going to taste.
