Pizza is allways cooked to my satisfaction. Have not been dissatisfied at all.
Came in late night Memorial Day, a long day, and night shift manager , took great care of me. This sugar hill location is one of the better locations. Went over and beyond on making my pizza right , thank you
Waited 15 minutes for them to remake my pizza just for them to mess it up again! UNACCEPTABLE
Ordered a hand tossed medium supreme pizza and it was undercooked. Toppings fell off the pizza and dough was sticking to the cardboard. Ended up throwing the pizza away. Called and shift manager said he would provide return. Checked and return was never issued. Called later to follow up with store manager. They added a credit to my account for future use for the pizza. This was the 2nd time the pizza was undercooked. Save your money and order from Marco’s , Dominos, Papajohns, or a different location for better experience
