I have to admit, I have had less than favorable experiences here in the past, but they seem to have gotten their "stuff" together. Last 4 or five orders have been on time, hot, and great tasting. Just had the ultimate bundle and had a ton of food for a fair price. Keep up the good work!
Ordered delivery for a pesto Margherita but came without the basil pesto. Eating it because it still tastes okay and I’m hungry. Delivery driver was very nice, professional
My order was incomplete. I had to call 3 times and was transferred to other people, was put on hold, was hung up on, and finally because of my persistence I was able to speak to a Manager. What kind of service is this? I was charged a delivery fee but you all keep the delivery fee and didn't forward it to the actual delivery person. This is called theft.
