Ordered pizza last night and it took 2 hours to get here. I tried calling to cancel order and they never answered the phone. When the pizza got here, it was cold and burnt. The thin crust was limp and the hand tossed was so hard my kids couldn't eat it. Horrible. I will not order from there again.
They always have their phone directed to the call center after a few rings. I've been in here before while the workers were not doing anything but standing around and the phone would ring and the manager will tell them not to answer it to let it go to the call center. tonight when placing my order the phone kept going to the call center so I would just hang up and call back until I got an actual person in the store because I did not want my order to get messed up. This place is a joke, wait over a hour to be told my order was cancelled no calls no nothing I'll never use this pizza hut again I'll go across town to get the pizza I order!!
This was my first time at pizza hut it was by far the worst crust I have ever had
