Unfortunately I had the worst experience with this location. I ordered delivery and had to call the location multiple times after my 30 minute delivery window had expired because I had not seen the driver or heard an update. Long story short they told me I could come to some random location to meet the driver (SKETCH), or they would just cancel my order with no attempt to make it right. After I waited over 90 minutes for one large pizza. Insane.
It appears that Kristin, the manager at Pizza Hut in Moline, could benefit from additional training on customer interaction. My mother, who works with Door Dash and has a disability, was sent to collect an order. Following a 10-minute wait, she inquired about the order's status so she could notify the customer, given the importance of timely delivery.
