3-Star Location. I worked in the pizza industry for 4 years and if your pizza slap (the dough) looks flat like this it means they used an old pre slap that sat out for at least 30 minutes longer than it should prior to a pizza being made and placed into the oven. The dough should rise. They are getting a good 3-star review as corporate did provide a one time free large pizza, however I have yet to see a proper slapped pizza produced by this location.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I placed my order over 2 hours ago, and now I’m being told it was lost. That is completely unacceptable. I also requested to speak with a manager, and no one answered the call. At this point, I don’t need an explanation—I need a solution. Please resend my order immediately and handle your internal investigation afterward. This delay and lack of communication is not okay. No wonder this place is closing everywhere Now 2.5 hours and counting

i’ve ordered from this pizza hut before, but today’s experience was unacceptable. i watched an employee prepare pizzas without wearing gloves and confirmed mine was made the same way. when i asked for it to be remade using proper hygiene, i was initially offered a refund instead of them fixing the issue. only after insisting did they agree to remake it. not following basic food safety practices is concerning, especially for a major chain like pizza hut where these standards should be non-negotiable. would not be returning, t... read more
