Picking up pizza was delayed 30 minutes because lack of communication with kitchen and front desk
I placed an online order at 8:00 PM, only to receive a call immediately after saying the store was already closed. Online clearly shows the closing time as 9:00 PM. When I mentioned this, the employee said, “No ma’am, the store closes at 8.” This was very frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, this location is only operating on weekends now. If it can’t maintain consistent hours or service, it might as well shut down completely. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered 2 pizzas and a desert ($44.10) for delivery. They said it would arrive by 5:28. At 6pm I called and they said it was delivered. It wasn’t delivered. They checked and it was given to door dash, which I do not even have the app for and I refuse to use. They say they will have a new order delivered in 15-20 min. 1/2 hour to 45 min later I called asking where my food was and they said “sorry we got busy.” I cancel the order as it’s been over 2 hours at this point. Im extremely disappointed. This location doesn't want your money no matter what you do. The store is closed every night now
