I ordered a taco pizza and had my coworker pick it up. When she arrived, they informed her they were out of the bean sauce. She asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund, but they responded by saying, "We already made it with marinara." It was disappointing that they didn't make any effort to contact me and ask how I wanted to proceed, instead making the decision on their own. The pizza tasted awful with marinara sauce.

This last visit was one of the worst experiences ever. I placed my order through the app and paid with ApplePay. Upon my arrival and giving the guy at the window my name, I then saw two declined transactions for $6.54 from Pizza Hut come through on my phone from my bank. The guy came back to the window and said that I owed him $6.54. I asked why, as I had already paid for my pizzas. He responded "I don't know, it just says that you still owe $6.54".
