Joke of store. Came in to pick up a customers order. Pizzas are almost done but they don’t even have the fryer turned on yet to cook the wings. They can’t tell me how long it will take for the grease to heat up. The employees are obviously not doing what they are supposed to do when the store opens, like turn the equipment on so it’s ready to go, as the store has been opened for more than 30 minutes. This is likely due to poor management not staying on top of things and not hiring employees who care at all about their job.

Worst pizza hut experience I've ever had. The guy at the window messed up my order and literally started throwing things. DO NOT go here, it' NOT safe!!

Last month, I ordered online and the estimated delivery time was 7:15. I waited 30 minutes past that time and called. The lady apologized, saying they didn't have delivery drivers, but offered 20% off if I picked it up. I'm mad because why offer delivery service online if you don't have drivers? They should update their website to reflect this. Today, I ordered again and missed a call saying they didn't have delivery drivers. I work at a hotel and can't just leave to get food.
