Manager working 7/27 at 6pm doesn't give any kind of customer service. Ordered through the app and asked for a pizza to be delivered at 745 because we were still out of town a ways. I get a text message saying that it will be delivered at 630. Called the store and the options were put it in the warmer for an hour to pick up (which I was told would over cook it), they deliver and leave on the porch for over an hour or cancel the order. This was so far the best Pizza Hut we've gotten pizza from so far. The service was great, and the toppings were plentiful.
It's always Awesome. Love the pizza.
If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. Normally I would on any given day say Pizza Hut is our favorite anytime we get pizza they are our go to. Today was a massive downhill crapshow. I went to order pizza online thru the app. Had a 25 percent off order in my inbox and used that ordered my food paid in full online thru the app and waited.
