Food arrived cold and I didn't receive my 2liter or sauce. I was told I could pick up the 2liter or they would refund the 2liter.

Sharing my experience even though based on the lack of response from Pizza Hut on the already terrible reviews I see that they don’t care. I’ll start by saying I take half the blame because I picked up my food and didn’t check before leaving, I was just coming from work and tired. HOWEVER, my whole order was wrong. We ordered the 19.99 special: 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon rolls(2 dollars extra). Took a min to be acknowledged. Lady sitting a computer ignored young man trying to ask for help w front counter. Food was dry and pizza had no sauce. Flatbread was burnt. Only close to decent thing was pasta. I haven't had pizza hut in years living here and it will be years now again. Too many pizza choices around and this is not it.
