Staff has zero customer service skills. I was placed on hold 3 times and nobody answered. The 4th time I called the employee did not speak English and hang up on me. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this pizza hut location. Huge waste of time.
I always order ahead and they are never ready when I get there....
Waiting time on calls is crazy absurd. Had a 30+ minute wait before I could order; just to be transferred to another line to order again and after that there was another wait. I just ended the call and placed my order at Domino's.
