I have no complaints about the rock quarry location. Every time my food is hot and ready when I arrive. I haven’t had any issues with customer service and even the one time I ordered for delivery my food arrived still at good temp. I was hesitant because I have had some bad experiences with other Pizza Hut locations in the past but this staff here so far has never missed!
Fairly crappy place, I've never been to Pizza Hut were you get like less than 3 pepperoni per slice, cheap skates, why do they want you to tip when you pick up the food, it's like damn you want me to cook it too? Horrible service, best just to go to dominoes!!! Don't waste your money or time!
The customer service received by Michelle was terrible! She was very rude and sarcastic. I sat at the window for over 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Once she came to the window I asked if the bell worked because I wasn't sure if I needed to go inside she begin to yell very rudely no it works I'm the only person working meanwhile there was a guy right at the window at the register just not coming to the window when I mentioned that she went so far to say he don't run drive thru I'm the only one working in a very rude man... read more
