Placed an online order for pickup at 5:30. Waited 15min in the drive thru only to be told my order was given away and asked to pull back around while they remake it. Waited another 20min in the drive thru. Was offered a free 2 liter for my wait. We don’t drink soda so asked for a discount or refund. Waited another 10min still no order, no refund, no discount. Manager said he’s too busy to do the right thing and to call back later when they’re not so busy. Absolutely ridiculous.
Good pizza !
Food is always good at the buffet but Matt, the server, is the real MVP! He's amazing at what he does, and is always on top of things. Seriously Pizza Hut, I don't know what you're paying him but it's not nearly enough. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ASAP! Husband and I go every week on Friday for the food, but we also just love seeing Matt. We love you, Matt!
