Went to this Pizza Hut while on a mini vacation to Sea World and Aquatica in Orlando Fl. My grandson is ASD and this Pizza Hut went above and beyond to accommodate his sensory needs. On Thursday we ordered a pizza and expressed light baked for him. When I went to pick up they asked several times to make sure it would be to his liking 🥰. Had a horrible experience with this establishment. Placed an online order at 10:23 which was to be delivered at 10:58. When 11:00 came around I called and asked if I could just pick it up due to it being 2 min away, they said they could not change my order from delivery to carry out and that I would have to cancel and reorder.
