Their app is down and flickering so I went inside to place order. Came in 7:30 pm. I was only able to order one thing which I wanted three of that item. I said I don’t mind waiting for them to make more. Told me that they only have one left and won’t make more since they are closing at 10:00pm today. It did not make any sense to me. Came off pretty rude and I am very disappointed with their service. Had the app work would they have made my entire order?
TLDR: barely edible, paper thin, no flavor on crust Dominos has been killing the game lately, but I get Pizza Hut every once in a while because of nostalgia of growing up in the 90s/00s in which my family ordered Pizza Hut without fail every Saturday night. Well this is probably the last time. Just not worth it anymore. To be honest I just need to buy a pizza oven to make myself a sourdough pizza with quality ingredients not the junk these fast food places give you.
They always welcome me with a smile and food are always ready. no waiting time
They forget the most expensive part of my order and when i call to have them credit my account they tell me to wait 45 mins or a store credit…I will never order from PH again so the credit wasn’t an option.
