On Friday, April 4th, 2025 my husband went to go get his order but it wasn't ready. At least that's what the manager stated. She proceeded to tell him it would be another five minutes. Once he waited and went back in she informed him that the pizza was never put in the oven. He asked for his money back and she refused. Only a general manager can offer a refund. Zero stars needs to be an option. Store manager is rude.
If you tip here, the tips don't go to the hardworking employees. They go into the pocket of the shift lead.
The service at this location is horrible. I have given this location several attempts and they consistently screw up my order. The pizza was undercooked and they got the entire order wrong. Do not order from this location.
