This store is TERRIBLE as is their customer service. What is the point of letting customers request a specific time if you are going to OUTSOURCE your delivery to DoorDash and deliver it TWO hours early. Then refuse to help solve the issue. The Manager refused to get in the line and I can hear her in Spanish say “I don’t want to talk to her” when I am trying to get a resolution. Your manager should be FIRED. this is a very small location and honestly...? not what I remember pizza hut to be. I normally buy from sunnyvale location and pan is my favorite. The new "tavern crust" was... brittle... it's just thin, crunchy crust. not sure about the "extra" seasoned crust. The new Nashville pickle/fried chicken was fun and more tasty than my tavern pizza.
