Service is great, fast and courteous.
I ordered online and as soon as I payed, I realized I made a mistake on the crust. I called and was transferred to a hub/call center who transferred me to store. The store never answered and just hung up. I found the store # and called backed and was told my name wasn't in the system for their location. The only reason to get pizza hut was for the thin crust. Dissapponted with customer service from both the store and the answering service for pizza hut.
Hire better people PIZZA HUT! There is always something wrong with my orders. I hate that this is the closest location to me. No need for the attitude & rudeness either. Do better Pizza Hut!
Ordered the personal pan pizza for $2 Tuesday. We ordered 4 pizzas but they gave us 1 large pizza. I think we got less that we should have if we had gotten 4 individual personal pan pizzas. Boooo!
