Staff was clearly overwhelmed and unable to complete the basic tasks of receiving orders, making the pizza, and servicing the customers waiting on carry-out. My order was according to the app supposed to be ready 30min ago and I’m still standing here. Never coming back.

What a crumby place that is supposed to represent Pizza Hut. I ordered to go, I showed up and walked in. It was dirty and dark, there is no clear view of where the pick up counter is. I start walking back *obviously looking around looking for help. Some dude calls me out and said no public restrooms, mind you I'm dressed appropriately and clean so instead of assuming what I was doing he could of tried and asked what I was looking for. The people here obviously hate their job and aren't pleasant. May want to visit this store ... read more
