I think the gentleman‘s name is Josh and the manager and the Cook. Actually everybody in the facility was absolutely rude. Disrespectful did not help me. I ordered a pizza on the phone and I got there and it happened to be under a different name and a different size pizza miscommunication OK no big deal but for them to be disrespectful in the guy to tell me to go look for the manager outside of the facility and to stand in the window and flip me off. If I could give Zero Stars I would. The Store Manager was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I called with questions about the T-Mobile Promotion and she Flat Out LIED and said “This Location is not participating in the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion”. “I haven’t received a email confirmation stating anything about T-Mobile promotion. We decided to try Pizza Hut even though we usually always order through Papa John’s. First I couldn’t order through the website cause it wouldn’t take my card so I had to download the app to place my order. Then it was delivered half an hour later than when it was supposed to be delivered. Once we got it one of the pizzas was missing toppings and the wings weren’t the ones we ordered. Me nor my husband ate any of our pizza. Waste of money!!! We will never order Pizza Hut again.
