We’ve ordered from the Round Rock location on University several times, and they always do a great job! Recently, we had a small mix-up with an order, and Amy went above and beyond to make things right. She was so friendly, helpful, and professional it’s clear she truly cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks to her and the whole team for consistently great service and delicious pizza!
Absolutely the worst service in the Pizza Hut history. Asked to speak to the manger and kept getting hung up on, the third time I called back the manager answered by yelled at me saying, “why do you keep hanging up and calling back?!!” You could hear the press ons through the lies and poor service. It’s sad the manger has such little self control to yell at a customer who’s calling about an issue. Like damn are you okay babe?
The employees at this location make me love Pizza Hut. My order is always correct and the food is always hot. We get it a couple times throughout the month. I went on Halloween shortly before 5. They were obviously busy but every employee I could see working in the back was busting their behinds to get the orders out. If corporate sees this review, please pay your employees more. They deserve it.
The food came out quickly.
