Food is almost always good and fresh from this particular Pizza Hut spot. But come on, a pickup order that is READY should not be so hard to pick up. Door locked at 2pm with no sign that only drive thru is open, is wild. Employee sees me confused at the door proceeds to point at the window through the locked door. This store is in transition and have recently had superb service.y pizza looked amazing and was very tasty
No customer service online orders have to wait over an hour drive thru orders sit in drive thru over an hour bad customer service nobody says hi the store is NASTY
