Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good, other times it's crap. Ive never had an issue with anyone at the window, however, if someone comes to the window before their order is ready and other cars show up, MAKE THAT CAR CIRCLE BACK AROUND. Why have we not moved in 10 minutes? If they cant read what time to pick up their order, thats on them. Let the rest of us get our food.
The place looks and smells like it's ready to close down. The drink dispenser counter is taken out, the furniture is torn and dingy, there was a strong musty odor inside and food debris scattered in various places on the floor. With online orders and Door dash pick up, we did pretty good on serve time after ordering at the counter.
Ordered a pizza online, showed up a little over an hour before closing time (per their door and google maps), and the doors were locked. Some kid inside just looked at me and mouthed "We're closed" and "Sorry" then walked into the back. But there was no note on the door explaining what happened, and as of yet I haven't seen a refund. No idea why they were closed early or why they wouldn't try to explain themselves.
