Tried to order food off door dash 2 hours before store closed I got a big box where they allow up to 11 free toppings on a pizza(we like our loaded) 5 min after I placed the order it was canceled for "unable to prosses order through store" dont offer items if you can't purchase them

Walked in to the manager being incredibly rude to a carryout customer asking about a refund on an order for some reason. Waited for him (Paul) to finish, he walked over to the counter as I was waiting next to the sign that says please wait to be seated, "what do you want" were the first words out of his mouth. This pizza hut location was nice. The staff was polite and my pizza was delicious.
My food showed up cold and old tasting! Called them right away and was told sorry about my order and they where going to credit my account. Called two days later and they had no knowledge of the credit the manager that answered the phone was rude with me and was questi. Oning me like a cop.. pretty much calling me a liar!!
