The pizza was alright but we also got cinnamon sticks and they were so sick to the box we ripped them apart just to even be able to get them out of the box and then they were so hard we couldn't even eat them. So disappointed in the quality! Also this store always has poor customer service. It seems like they don't want to be there and you picking up your food is such an inconvenience to them.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service I recently received. I was put on hold for more than 27 minutes without any resolution to my issue. This lack of support is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration. Such non-existent customer service is detrimental to your reputation, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. I expect immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.
