Dont know what happened to this places but its gone down hill. Pizzas are usually wrong now. Pay for extra toppings that you don't get. And they hardly put any sauce on pizzas. Its like theyre all extra light sauce. Employees are rude. I which I knew which one it was cause id call him out by name.
absolutely disrespectful service. sent us two pizzas with the same pork toppings, when one pizza was supposed to be without pork for dietary needs. i called and respectfully let them know they had messed up our food and whoever answered the phone was extremely disrespectful and hung up in my face without apologizing or having any understanding. don’t eat here if you want correctly made food, or basic human kindness lol
The lack of quality in customer service at Pizza Hut is astounding, 3rd Pizza hut in NC I've tried hoping for a miracle and this is possible the worst one of them all. Where do I start, the disgusting waiting area with trash strewn everywhere, employees talking and chatting in the back instead of doing of their work, or my incorrect Pizza that I had to wait 7 min to found out it happened. Very poorly ran Pizza Hut location. I would go to any other Pizza Hut location, before this one.
