The food and service is good
The staff here genuinely cares about quality customer service and putting out a good product. I ordered a pickup yesterday, and when I got there, the staff kindly told me they were having to remake my pizza because of a mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, I left with a perfectly made pizza and some Cinnabon minis that they threw in as an apology. They were so, so kind about everything.
