Absolutely baffled by how horrible the service is here. I’ve had multiple bad experiences, but today took the cake. I’m still waiting for my pizza that hasn’t arrived over an hour after the posted delivery time. I call the store and they transfer me to a call center under the guise of transferring me to my “delivery driver.” The call center says they only take orders and transfer me back to the store and the same lady I was speaking to picks up. Pizza Hut used to be so good. Crust is tasteless and burnt. Why yall scared to put cheese on the pizza? It’s so dry not cheesy anymore. I keep going back reordering thinking it’s gonna get better but nope. I will definitely find me a new pizza spot to go to.
Both times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve had issues with delivery. If you wanna get your food, pick it up in person. IMO, there’s no way I should pay for an order I’m still waiting on two hours later.
