The staff here genuinely cares about quality customer service and putting out a good product. I ordered a pickup yesterday, and when I got there, the staff kindly told me they were having to remake my pizza because of a mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, I left with a perfectly made pizza and some Cinnabon minis that they threw in as an apology. They were so, so kind about everything. Don't go shopping there anymore. The afternoon lady treats customers badly 😡 and even the Drive-Thru customers are treated badly.
