Pizza Hut made a mistake doing $2 personal pan pizzas. I ordered one and paid for extra cheese and this is what I got. Two pieces barely had any cheese on them at all. I’m not going to call and complain and ask for my .60 back. It seems they ran out of boxes and were using pasta containers for the pizza. Horrible! I’ve given this place 3 tries and each time they fail. Customer service: horrible Yesterday I placed an order at 6:55 and was told it would arrive by 7:47. At 8:30 I attempted to call, at 8:45 I was still on hold so I left home and went to the location. As I was pulling up after being on hold for 36 minutes someone picked up the phone and hug up.
