This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business and their lack of customer service. The manager was incompetent, rude, made no attempt to fix his error, and hung up on me on top of all of that! Since the order was for a celebration for a large group of school, kids, his lack of willingness to problem solve after his admitted error is almost unbelievable. I will update this review if there is any attempt to reach out to me and reconcile the issue.
The customer service was bad. The food was not worth me eating.
I ordered the big box with one Pizza not having the two toppings that I ordered. Also did not receive my Dr. Pepper from delivery
I’d say this is one of the better Pizza Hut locations in the metro. Their food usually isn’t bad, but something went very wrong with their pizzas the evening of 3/4/2025. This personal pan in the photo was supposed to be cheese, garlic parmesan sauce, and pepperoni. I felt sorry giving it to my daughter. And the other pizzas we ordered didn’t turn out much better.
