Haven't had pizza hut in a while thought why not. Ordered was quoted a 30 minute delivery time. Ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 peperoni and order of breadsticks. Delivered 40 minutes late and Pizza wasn't 1/2&1/2 was more like 1/3 and 2/3rd and how does a pizza get burnt only on part of it. Sauce for breadsticks was basically empty. Never again
Absolutely hideous customer service. Waited for an hour for a pizza and cinnamon sticks - I had to go to the bathroom and they refused:
Bad customer service, I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hang up. My order was wrong so I called to make a complain about it but didn’t get any answer. I always order here so I’m not sure what is going on. It wasn’t packed at Pizza Hut when I went to pick up my order so I’m confused how nobody answered.
I asked for extra sauce and a side is almost a dollar?🤨
