Dear Pizza Hut Team, I recently visited one of your locations and ordered two personal pan pizzas and one order of breadsticks. With this order, I received only one marinara sauce. When I asked for an additional sauce—since one small container isn’t nearly enough for a full order of breadsticks—I was told it would cost $0.80 extra. Look, pizza hut is always pricier than rival chain pizzas and the pizza business is too competitive to have crap employees who give terrible service. I arrived around 9 pm to pickup my order. The manager and only other employee were both in the alley next to the store. The manager on his cell phone saw me go in to the store.
