They are mature, responsive, and care what you think. We had some trouble with an order once and they exceeded my expectations in remedying the situation. Having a background in customer service analysis, training and curriculum development, I'm hard to impress, but they do so every time we order! Even though I'm not super-excited about the new Pizza Mia crust, I keep ordering from Pizza Hut just because they have great customer care (and the pizza IS good).
