We ordered a delivery. After one and a half hour of not getting the pizza I called back. The girl was annoyed and went something like "you haven't receive it yet?"... well, no, that's why I'm calling. After some time she proceeded to hang with our further explanation. This is a gated community. Turns out the uber or doordash driver left the pizza in the front door of the apartment, didn't ring and left. We never received a call from the gate so they must have tailgated to access the place. Never ordering from them again.

Pizza Hut doesn’t care about customer service, I had to review. Order online on Pizza Hut website. Waiting on my order see it should have arrived at 8:21pm at 9:03pm I am still trying to figure out what is going on, the drive contacted me to say he confirmed the order is ready by mistake.
