I walk in to pick up a door dash order that was already ready but a different customer was in front of me and I watched him order bread sticks and the employee took the order of bread sticks from the order I was there to pick up and gave it to the guy that just barely ordered them and told me they were waiting on the breadsticks! now I have to wait an extra 10 minutes. Ridiculous! This place is a joke!!
Ordered the new Yorker XL pizza from here which is suppose to arrive as 6 big slices and the pizza arrived in 8 which isn't the biggest deal but when we opened the pizza, it was completely separated looking like each slice was from a different pizza. We also ordered two toppings and only received one and the pizza crust was sopping wet from grease. This seems like a regular occurrence from pizza hut nowadays which is a shame... They need better quality control.
The food was so good! Much better than Pizza Hut Express. The dining room was clean and bright and the service was excellent! Seriously, the employees are all so nice and professional. It’s so refreshing to see people who take pride in their work in this day and age. ❤️ It shows in the quality of food, cleanliness of the dining room and the friendliness of the employees. Will definitely be back!
I ordered online, food was paid for. I asked the cashier for one blue cheese and one ranch cup. Instead of asking for help she voids my entire order. The manager come, FINAALLYYY. Just to tell me I need to repay for my food. After her attendant made the mistake. She was rude and later tells me she can offer me the ranch and blue cheese free of charge. Terrible terrible location
