Ordered online through the app. Arrived at the store when the app said it would be done. Parking lot was mostly empty, however waited 25 minutes in the drive thru lane just to pickup. After no one greeted me at the drive thru, I went around inside, and then waited another 15 minutes. After getting it and home, about 9 blocks away, the pizza was ice cold.
Ordered through the app and originally was supposed to be a 30-minute wait. When I looked at the email, it showed it wasn't gonna be ready for an hour. Then when I arrived there to see how my order was going they told me another 30 minutes! I waited over an hour and a half for a full melt box and one stuffed crust meatlover with a few extra toppings! It's ridiculous to have to wait that long. This pizza was delicious!! Better than all other Pizza Huts I’ve been to, absolutely fantastic pizza!!
Last time we visited, we did not have a good experience. We left a review and the manager reached out to us and made it right by sincerely apologizing and giving us credits to use for our next visit. We returned tonight. Everything was clean, in fact the waitresses were cleaning as soon as people left. The service was great! We were seated quickly, we received refills in a timely manner, it was a great visit! All of our food was hot and fresh, and exactly what we asked for!
