Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order that Pizza Hut ACCEPTED, drove all the way to the store, and when I arrived around midnight, the employee inside told me they were closed and refused to give me my order. If the store is closed, then stop accepting orders. It’s completely unacceptable to take a customer’s order, have them waste their time and gas driving there, and then tell them at the door that the store is closed. They are using ready-made dough I’ve been eating pizza for 10 years never had this experience. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut not fresh at all.
If you order carry out make sure you check your pizza before you leave. This is the second time I’ve been here and I was given the wrong pizza
