Ordered delivery, order arrived with 1 item missing, 1 item burnt and 1 item wrong. I tried calling 4 separate times, even had my call transferred by customer service and no answer. I drove over with the burnt and wrong items making delivery useless. When I walked in 2 guys came from around the corner and I explained the situation. Ordered a pizza never received it. Try to call them. He could never get through terrible
Their doordash service is so poor, every second time I order the driver even dont find the place or try to screw the customer. Their website was not accepting credit card, so had to pay cash for the first time in at least 20 orders (in the past 10 months). The delivery lady tried to screw me by 20$, this is unbelievable (even after I gave 8$ of tip)
My wings was suppose to be honey bbq they looked like plain wings literally no sauce the pizza you can tell it been sitting while the sauce was all dry up the pizza it self was dry I had gotten a ride to get my pizza I have called several times with no answer when i was there they was not busy at all horrible experience
For my son's birthday he was very particular what he wanted, something from Nana, something for Mama, and pizza from Pizza Hut haha. You know what you get when you order Pizza Hut, but the five stars I'm giving to the service because the staff there is always pretty chill, respectful, and understanding.
