I ordered the exact same simple pizza three times from this location and it was completely different all three times! Not sure how you can totally mess up a plain pizza multiple times when pizza is the core of your business. The employees at this location are indifferent at best and can be downright rude. I used to love PH but will never go back to this one even though it is fairly close to my home - they lost a potential good customer as I am accustomed to ordering pizza at least once a month!
Great tasting Pizza for a good price!
Last weekend I had a delivery thru doordash for them and I ordered a pizza i thought they still made due to doordash not updating their system. Once my delivery arrived i called the store to see if there was a mixup and the manager explained the system error. She was very helpful and offered me a free pizza due to the error. I thought this was extremely generous as it wasn't her fault or the store's, it was a doordash system error that didnt update the menu correctly.
