I had a problem with my last order and the Pizza Hut staff were quick in making it right. This time everything, the pizza, wings and service were perfect. As Arnold says "I'll be back".
Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve ordered a 1-topping pepperoni pizza twice now and both times I ended up with a plain cheese pizza. The most frustrating part is that customer service didn’t seem too concerned about it. If toppings are selected during checkout, that should be a required field and clearly shown before the order is submitted I paid for a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza… twice. At that point, it starts to feel a little misleading. Just wanted the pizza I ordered. Probably won’t be ordering again anytime... read more
