I ordered a melt and fries. Had it before it was good. I ordered online picked up there. Told the guy my name, he told me the order just came in and I'd have to wait 15min. 15min later he's trying to give 2 pizzas. My order was inside the warmer the whole time. Melt was small and both fries and melt were cold, fries we cold stuck together and greasy. The employee wasn't happy with his error
Terrible customer service, dining room is always empty
Ordered online and it was ready when I picked up. It always seems empty inside when we go but staff is always ready and really nice. I've never had any issues with pick up orders or food quality!
