A few months ago, I tried calling this pizza hut to set up reservations. They wouldn't do it because they were low on staff. About a month later, my friend had a gathering there with no reservations, the service and food were good but, today was a whole different experience. Never ready on time. Always 10-30 minutes after the pick up time. Maybe they should improve their app and actually tell you an accurate pick up time. Get it together pizzahut - it is 2026! Parking lot is so filled with pot holes that it is almost impossible to dodge them. For as busy as they are you would think they would improve the lot! Also - they are literally the only pizza company that charges for parm and red pepper flakes.
A nice black haired young lady with glasses took my order and the food was incredible!! Will definitely be coming back, especially with such nice employees providing great service!
I called today since last year and apparently according to some woman named "Bethany" said that they were understaffed just like they are now. I placed an order today directly through the company and my pizza was left outside on the ground with no knock at the door and no direct contact. I will never order again. By all means get rid of "Bethany" on refugee road in Pickerington before she get this hands. Total disgrace and horrible customer service. Pizza Hut is just as bad as Mac Donald's. Decided to go here for lunch with my son. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. Honestly the food was pretty good. There was a sign that said wait to be seated but what it should have said was order first and then go sit down. The training and customer service is a huge opportunity. I’d love to say I would come back but I don’t think I will if I can get the same customer service, if not better elsewhere.
