I got two large pizzas: • one with pineapple, jalapeño, and black olives • the second with pineapple, jalapeño, black olives and chicken When I got home and opened them up, the second one was completely missing the chicken. It was just the same as the first pizza. I specifically ordered the chicken version and paid for it, so that was a real bummer. This was the worst experience I have ever had!! First I ordered 2 Big Box orders which I received burnt ! I called to explain what happened and they said they will remake it, which was great. Once I got into the store that’s when I met the manager Chris who was absolutely disrespectful! After he gave me my food, I noticed he forgot to give me the breadsticks. I have tried to dine in at this location during normal hours of operation but they're closed. There was someone inside and did not acknowledge me at the door. Also there is no sign of that place being closed or updated hours. Very upset that I drove 20 from away to dine here and I came to find this out. This is my second time this happens.
