The only reason I’m giving this location one star is because zero isn’t an option. This is by far the worst‑run Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with, and the customer service is consistently terrible. Every experience has been a problem — from something as simple as not cutting breadsticks to my most recent issue: I ordered a salad online, was charged for it, and it was never delivered. Order was placed at 6:19, food finally done at 7:06. It was a single personal pan pizza. Terrible communication and wait times.
EDIT: came back today, a whole year later and MICAH was the sweetest soul! Absolutely adorable and attentive!!! Every time I have came I have been treated so nice ! Give Micah a raise ! I’ll come back again just for him . I wanted to first say thanks to BRETT! Although the doordash was the issue and NOT the restaurant.. he made things right ! They literally took my money and said someone with the same name and order picked my order and they couldnt give me a refund
I placed an order for delivery 4/30 and it never showed up lol. Called and got put on hold twice. Can’t rate the food because I never got it
