I had the chance to check out Pizza Hut’s new buffet, and the food was great, but the service is what really stood out. Faith and Jada took amazing care of my mom and me from the moment we walked in. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full, our table stayed clean, and that we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. Came for the buffet on lunch break. Loretta has the best customer service skills ever! We asked for a veggie pizza 2 mins before the buffet closed, and Loretta went out her way to make us one. We will definitely come back just to see her! Thank you for a great experience Loretta! Please give this lady a raise!

Non pork eaters beware!! Ordered chicken sausage and the store put italian sausage on the pizza without a call. Only found out after I ate the pizza, call the store to inform them I think it's italian and not chicken sausage on my pizza, which they confirmed! Just terrible and the GM will have to provide a full refund tomorrow!

I went to pizza hut buffet today such a disappointing buffet set up. You can not call that a buffet limit choices on the buffet. You might want to go to CiCi Pizza and get a better buffet don't waist your time at pizza hut. Faye was my waiter and she was very nice.
