I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut before, but this time was a huge disappointment. The pizza was dry, the dough tasted different, and it even looked different from previous orders. The jalapeños tasted as if they were just placed on top after baking rather than cooked with the pizza. The pepperoni was the worst part—it tasted like rubber, and you could barely chew through it. Wow... What a bummer. I've been a customer for over 30 years.....This relationship has ended. You folks need to read Farrell's book "Give Them The Pickle." I have a $15 order and was going to drive and eat. I asked for napkins and the young lady at the counter tells me it will be $1.07 for napkins????? Your business model is broken if you need to charge a guest $1.07 for 3-4 napkins. I've probably spent, on average, $500 year with you for 30 years...About 15K and you make the decision to charge me for 3-4 napkins... You have... read more
They keep forgetting sauce on my wings and drinks with deliveries. At least their customer service is pretty good
