I was there 5/12/24 . I went to pick up my pizzas The heavy set African American guy at the register He asked Me was I picking up or ordering I said pick up. I looked at the menu I seen something I liked I asked how much is the cookie cake. He said I don't know I can't even tell you But I got your pizza ready Thank you have a nice day .. like what.... Bad service! I guess he didn't want to do his job . How rude!

If this is what Pizza Hut has become, they need to totally do away with dine in. I've eaten in hospital dining areas with better "atmosphere", it's not even a shadow of its former self. And it can't be blamed on COVID anymore. Other pizza places have opened and maintained dine i.e., Mellow Mushroom. Pizza Hut is now relegated to a cookie cutter papa johns, Domino's, Little Caesars. It's really sad. Pizza was good, the staff courteous, but the rest was dismal and depressing

My order came late and freezing. I called the local phone number and spoke to someone from over seas. They transferred me to the local store where I sat online for 20 minutes waiting for a manager no one ever answered. This experience was THE PITTS.
