Extremely BAD customer service!!!! Placed an order, they deduct $61 from my account, then I got a message aay my order was cancelled. I called the store, they answer the phone ans sayd please hold, I was on hold for 14MIN!!!!!!!! Then i called back!!!! She was so rude, I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM PIZZA HUD EVER! I will take this to my facebook too.
Had ordered a pan pizza for delivery got it and took a bite of it and it tasted really bland... Y'all have really gone down hill over the years, i'd suggest bringing back the in house made dough for people to pick as an option cause least then that had some flavor and tasted way better. and the sauce had no flavor, it just tasted like it was just tomato sauce from a tin can.
Pizza Hut has been great especially since mobing from the south side. The limited pizza huts over there are really bad and have been for many years. I have had great service from the Pizza Hut off grand ave for the past one year. Although they never have delivery drivers that’s not a huge problem since they employ DoorDash now
