For the last 3 times in the pass 3 or 4 months, this Pizza Hut has failed to meet even satisfactory standards for me. I'm particular about what I order on my pizza, so it's pretty much the same basic stuff--extra pepperoni, and the addition of extra cheese based on my mood. Each time... EACH time, they've basically given me a plain pepperoni pizza. Shut this place down. I'm an employee with the franchise and I have been waiting for 10 months come to find out that the company's payroll had lapsed and cannot pay me nor do they want to pay me. The management at biddulph location does nothing in regards to trying to resolve a issue in regards to related issues with customers and employees. This photo is supposed to represent what you receive, when in reality you will actually get what is in the other photo. No gooey cheese stretching between slices! And I even ordered extra cheese!! I ordered from them twice in one month, hoping the first disappointing pizza was just a fluke. Really frustrated. This is my second time ordering a Buffalo Chicken Melt from here and it’s made completely wrong. The first time they made it with bbq sauce…. Went back, the young lady did remake it for me with no problem.
