The GM Lydia I believe is her name is the worse Gm I’ve seen no customer care experience whatsoever very unprofessional very disappointing as Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza but looks like I’ll be shopping else where and let’s not get started on how bad the pizza was burnt dried up
This location has gone downhill. Pizza used to be so good here. Now every other time they don't give you the extra cheese you pay $2.25 for. Toppings lacking, pan pizza made incorrectly. Won't be ordering again.
This location just can not seem to get orders for delivery all the way right. Repeatedly. They forget to send out drinks, or marinara sauce or breads sticks. Dont bother trying to speak to someone at the store location either. They don't take calls. Instead you're routed to a call center that only handles you trying to start a new order.
I recently had a frustrating experience with Pizza Hut delivery that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a pizza, but they delivered the wrong order. I promptly called customer service for assistance, only to be transferred to the store. Unfortunately, I was left waiting for 30 minutes with no answer—just the phone ringing endlessly. delivery order arrived incomplete, there were only 3 items on the ticket. 3!!! How do you miss the beverages?? Just careless. Also nearly impossible to reach the store! No direct number only call center services which are a waste of time! Been on the phone for OVER AN HOUR. I keep getting transferred or hung up on BEFORE I even get a sentence out!
