Had a great personable experience here! Bob is such a great guy!! He was attentive and kind during placing the order for carry out and also upon pickup. The pizza also looked and was delicious. Just a really great Pizza Hut experience and the fellas there were really kind and professional!
I had taken a bite out of the slice of pizza and found a long hair in my pizza. Never again
We live a mile from this place. Received a text the order was picked up and on the way and it took over 30 minutes to receive the order. I was amazed. Paid 6 dollar delivery fee and a 10 dollar tip for this crappy delivery service. Never again.
Absolutely unacceptable experience — dangerous mistake and poor customer service. I placed an order at Pizza Hut located at 2922 Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77449 for a Large Hand-Tossed Veggie Lover’s Pizza with added beef. Instead, what I received was something that resembled a Supreme Pizza, containing pepperoni and sausage — both of which are pork-based. Young lady with the curly hair was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted & made my pizza exactly how I wanted it. She was so sweet & kind. She need a raise.
