We had a hiccup on one of our orders recently (we normally don't have issues) and Star was great. She took really good care of us and the food was top quality! The food was still very hot when she got to the house with our delivery! Everything was right and she just made sure to make the mistake right. I really appreciate it! This is how we would hace taken care of our customers when I had worked there!!!
Thank you Pizza Hut Grand junction! We had a team party for our Special Olympics swim team, the Colorado Tidal Waves, and we can't thank you enough! I only gave Star, the manager, a few days to prepare. She set up a beautiful buffet and salad bar. Kept it stocked, and if any of our members needed anything special they made it on the spot. We had 40 people and the space was perfect and comfortable for all of us. Great experience for all , not one complaint!
The delivery was outsourced to door dash who forgot to deliver some of the items and never returned with them after being made aware. But management as well as the in house driver (JT) did a good job correcting the issue professionally. Very happy with their customer service
We come for the salad bar and stay for the pizza. Our waitress was awesome.
