The ventilation was so bad today June 4, 2025 at 1:25pm that I couldn't stay after receiving my menu. Too thick to breathe, I had just left my doctor's appointment from an asthma attack and the last thing I needed was a poorly ventilated area. I asked if something was wrong with the ventilation and the server replied no, I assume she is used to the thick smell of grease in the air? Poor dear. Please get that fixed. There were few patrons and yes not many folks dine in at that time, even more reason for the air to be clean.
Rude and unprofessional employees standing around in dining room talking and playing on phones, refused to help me or answer questions about my order
My son bought one of their dinner boxes tonight. We got pepperoni, black olive and mushroom. On the pizza were two gross looking mushroom pieces, clearly bad. It's been years since I've had Pizza Hut and won't again. The quality and taste isn't there and hasn't been since the 90s.
