Food was delivered 45 minutes later than promised. Upon arrival half the order was missing. Driver stated she would go back and bring the rest but after waiting nearly an hour the store responded to my call that she never returned. The female who answered the phone was rude. As far as the food, the personal pizza was not good, the boneless wings were dry, and can’t comment on the missing food- might have been delicious but we will never know.
What happened to the quality of food! So sad .
Drive thru wait was 15 mins for fettuccine Alfredo even though I had called it in. When I did receive the order it wasn’t covered and spilled inside the bag. I took the Pizza Hut app off my phone.
Quality of food was poor, not enough sauce on pizza, and portions of personal pan pizza have significantly shrunk. Had to ask for salt & pepper, which where in little paper bits....There was on 2 other diners at the restaurant. Really bad experience.
