Wow this place is a joke. More than once having a massive walkout. A general that is completely clueless and very disrespectful staff Close this place down!!!!
This location really went above and beyond for me tonight. They honored my birthday rewards breadsticks that another location messed up. I think their names were Kris and Jesse. They even wrote happy birthday 🎁 on my box of breadsticks. Is the little things that make a huge difference. Thank you! I will only be supporting the schertz location now.
Jessie at the front counter was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Ed and Nick are always very knowledgeable about the menu and are professional and timely with the service.
